All of the jewelry is designed and handcrafted by Linda in her studio in the Sonoran Desert.
Each piece has her signature and is marked with the quality of the metal: 925 for sterling, 18k for 18k yellow or pink gold. She takes great pride in the finishing of her work. Each piece goes through numerous stages of hand polishing which can be very time consuming, but the result is obvious in the final product. She will be thrilled and grateful that you would choose to buy and wear a piece of her jewelry. Each piece comes in a 100% recycled gift box and wrapped with handmade paper. If your purchase needs sizing, Linda will do this at no charge.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped for free and if shipped within the US they are sent USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Most items arrive within 2-3 business days.
All items shipped outside of the US are shipped USPS First Class with tracking. Depending on your country, items can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks to arrive.
***Please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes your country may charge. It is your responsibility to be aware of this before you order. Unfortunately, Linda has no control over this.***
If you have a special request for shipping, please contact Linda. She will make every effort to ship all items as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days, as long as payment has cleared. Rings that need to be sized usually ship within 5 business days. She uses clean, recycled materials for shipping as much as possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Although Linda does not accept returns, if there is an issue with your item, please contact her within 24 hours of receiving it.
She fully guarantees the quality of her work and will promptly take care of any flaws in workmanship. Above all, she wants you to be extremely satisfied with your jewelry. If you have any problem with your purchase, please contact her and she will do her best to make it right.
Linda does accept exchanges. Please contact her within 3 days of package delivery and ship the item back to her within 7 days of delivery. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, once a ring has been resized, it is considered a FINAL SALE.
