The color of this tourmaline is so unusual! Its It's kind of a peach-salmon-pink color and it glows! I was very excited when I found it at the gem show! It measures 10 × 12 mm and is wrapped with an 18k gold bezel. The balls on either side of the stone are 18k gold as well, with the remainder of the ring in sterling silver. The heavy sterling band makes for a solid, yet feminine ring. So pretty!

Along with opal, pink tourmaline is one of the birthstones associated with the month of October. Rubellite tourmaline is a special category of pink tourmaline with saturated dark pink to red colors and medium to dark tones.***
