A smaller, roundish turquoise stone in the prettiest shade of blue with a slight green tint, is set in an 18k gold bezel with a narrow, but heavy sterling silver band. There are delicate 18k gold balls on either side of the stone. This flat stone is from the Kingman Mine here in Arizona and measures 12 mm. With a narrower band than my usual style of rings, but still as solid, this ring has a slightly more delicate look. Perfect for those who don't love chunky rings.

***Turquoise was one of the first gems to be mined. It gets its blue color from a combination of copper and aluminum. Turquoise is an alternate birthstone for December. Associated with the throat chakra, turquoise has long been considered a protective stone by many different cultures.***

Currently a size 7, I'll be happy to size this ring up or down to fit. :O)
